• Submitted listings: When you submit a business or service listing (name, phone, email, website, description), we store that information in our database. Approved listings are displayed publicly on the site and may be indexed by search engines.
• Contact form: Messages you send via our Contact page are stored so we can respond to you. These messages are not publicly displayed.
• Analytics cookies: With your consent, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymized data about how visitors interact with the site (pages visited, general location, device type). IP addresses are anonymized. You can decline analytics cookies via the banner shown on your first visit.

• To display community listings in the directory.
• To respond to your inquiries and contact form messages.
• To moderate and approve submitted listings before publication.
• To understand how our site is used and improve it (analytics, consent required).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted to us. To submit a request, email us at privacy@apnacircle.com or use the Contact page.

We will respond to deletion and access requests within 30 days of receipt. If you submitted a listing that includes your personal contact information, that listing constitutes personal data and is eligible for deletion upon request.

If you are located in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. If you are located in California, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal information we have collected.
